The Cleveland Industrial Retention Initiative (CIRI) is an integral part of Mayor Frank Jackson's plan to link manufacturing businesses to valuable community resources that can help manufacturers improve operations, expand their industrial capacity, and maintain profitability. Our main objective is to help Cleveland companies build connections so they remain competitive, foster job creation, and find solutions to stimulate business and neighborhood investment.
